Parent Education Group
This 8 week group is designed to help you gain solid, practical, parenting strategies and boost your confidence in your parenting style. Groups are held in person and on-line.
Co-Parenting Group
This group is designed for divorcing or separated parents to de-escalate conflict and learn to communicate effectively about your child and minimize the stress on the child.
Just 4 Girls
This group is for girls only ages 9-18. This group is designed to help girls improve their self-esteem, enhance critical thinking skills and to make wise and healthy choices. The group lasts from 8-12 weeks. This curriculum is research based and proven to increase
self efficacy, body image and social support.
